Overview:
The Cognito Ultimate Leveling Kit is designed for truck owners who demand the absolute best in style, performance, and ride quality. Engineered for high performance and aggressive stance, this kit delivers a front lift of 3” for standard models and 1” for AT4/Trail Boss, while the rear lift is adjustable for your preferred stance. Featuring Fox Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass Shocks and Cognito SM Series Upper Control Arms, this kit provides superior droop travel, handling, and comfort—even on the roughest roads.

Front Lift Components:

• 3” Front Lift (1” for AT4/Trail Boss models)

• Cognito SM Series Ball Joint Upper Control Arms: Pre-assembled, boxed sheet metal design with corrected ball joint geometry and high articulation joints for optimal droop travel. Maintenance-free ball joints and pivot bushings included.

• Fox Factory Race Series 3.0 IBP Shocks: Internal bypass shocks with recirculating reservoirs and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters for maximum performance.

Rear Lift Components:

• Adjustable Deaver mini packs: 1–2” rear lift for standard models; -1”–0” for AT4/Trail Boss

• Replaces stock overload springs and blocks for improved ride quality

• Includes 1.5” bump stop spacers to protect shocks

• Longer u-bolts included for proper installation

• Maintains proper droop travel for optimal ride and handling

• 285/75R18 (35x11.5) on 9” wheels: 0 offset requires significant inner fender trimming; +18mm offset requires less trimming; negative offset not recommended

• 295/65R20 (35x11.8) on 9” wheels: 0 offset requires significant trimming; +18mm offset requires less trimming; negative offset not recommended

• 35x12.5 on 9” wheels: +18mm offset requires trimming; 0mm and negative offsets not recommended

• 295/60R20 (34x11.8) on 9” wheels: -12mm offset requires trimming; 0 offset moderate trimming; +18mm offset less trimming

Important Notes:

• Requires bypass of ARC Adaptive Ride Control system (1500 Denali models)

• Not compatible with trucks equipped with composite mono-leaf rear springs

• 2025 models require Leaf Spring Top Plate Conversion (SKU: 110-91316, $39.95)
